Often tucked away within the back pages of many periodicals are the Classified Ads, and more specifically, those of the Personal adverts. These have become the backbone for many publications, whilst earning a buck. The Personals bring local colour. The column is the place to find your heart’s desires and/or fill your craven lusts of all things deliciously naughty. It’s all there for the curious and interested amongst us. Amongst the mundane and the unoriginal, one can find adverts which reveal honest and intimate information. Each advert carries its own level of optimism and hope, whether it’s from the advertiser or the seeker. Both want some control and change to invade their lives. It's all there for the curious and interested amongst us.
